Privacy policy

Chemist Map is designed to be about as private as a website gets. There are no user accounts, no tracking cookies from us, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on our pages.

What we do not collect

• There's no need to register, and we keep no personal profiles.
• We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• No third-party analytics scripts run in your browser.

Server logs

As with nearly every website, our hosting and content delivery infrastructure records technical data - such as IP addresses and request URLs - in server logs for security, abuse prevention and performance monitoring. These logs are never used to build personal profiles.

Map tiles

Interactive map pages fetch map tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure, and loading them sends your browser's standard request - including your IP address - to the tile provider. How that request is handled is described in the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

External links

Buttons like Directions take you to third-party services - map and navigation apps, for example - each with their own privacy policies. Links to pharmacy websites lead to sites outside our control.
