Pharmacy data is gathered from publicly available sources, including public map services and Australia's official pharmacy registers. Any disagreement between sources is resolved in favor of the official register.

Verification

Prior to publishing, listings undergo automated checks covering address and postcode validation, coordinate sanity checks against the city area, phone number formatting and duplicate detection. Those that don't pass are held back until reviewed.

Updates

We rebuild the directory on a regular basis, aiming to re-check core details - opening hours, phone numbers, status - for every listing on a recurring schedule. Each pharmacy page shows the most recent verified data available to us.

Use of AI assistance

AI tools assist with some of the descriptive writing on this site, built on the factual data outlined above. Fields like addresses, opening hours, phone numbers and services always originate from the data sources, not from AI.

Corrections

Should you spot a mistake in a listing, reach out with the specifics. We publish verified corrections at the next update, and owners can request changes to their own listing whenever needed.

Advertising and partner links

Factual listing details cannot be purchased or edited for a fee. Partner links, such as those to online pharmacy delivery services, never influence pharmacy ranking or display.
